hard to tell if statcheck is doing nothing, or just didn't find anything

Often I'll paste a long paper into statcheck and it does.. nothing.
I think the reason is always that it actually did scan the text and didn't find anythng, but there is no way to be sure that's what happened or it just disconnected or had a fault. So I think it should print text saying "Nothing found."
