Feature Request: Add some small gap between pages in "Continuous view" #43
Description
It's unfortunate that this project seems dead, but in case it gets revived or someone creates a forked version, I think it would be useful to have the ability to add some small gap between pages. When a page has no borders at the bottom and the next page has no borders at the top, it's difficult to see where one page ends and where the next page starts.
What I'm saying is something that most PDF viewers do for continuous scrolling mode:
