node and tooling npm packages

• vim packer compilation is failing because of treesitter npm dependencies

• probably reproducible by swiching to new version of node with nvm, deleting packer_compiled file, deleting all packer repos in opt/startup and then starting vim

List of npm packages existed previously in packages/default/main.yml
-yarn
-tree-sitter
-neovim
-typescript - not sure if this is needed any more with Mason lsp install
