Upgrade to 2.8.48 (critical)

Updated versions of [gsoap](https://sourceforge.net/projects/gsoap2/files/gsoap-2.8/) were released on SourceForge since mid June 2017 to fix a potential vulnerability. See the [advisory](https://www.genivia.com/advisory.html) for details. Updating is strongly recommended.
