Add carbon badge to the footer

What?

Why?

Two reasons:

1. Show that there actually is a carbon cost to running a website
2. Give the people a benchmark on what a lightweight, sustainable website is

How?

It’s really easy to install it on your site, just add the following lines to your template wherever you’d like the badge to appear:
