"(Remarks: )" should not be hardcoded #24
Description
If there is no remarks left by the user, no "(Remarks: )" will appear in the group message.
Suggested solution:
- Check for remarks variable
- If it's an empty string, no "(Remarks: )" included in the group message
- Else, "(Remarks: xxxx)"
