Add command line argument to enable the interactive debugger

This would enable us to turn the interactive debugger off by default, which would lead to a vastly better experience when running mahogany in a tty.

I’d like to work on this issue if it’s still available.

Plan:

• add a CLI flag to enable the interactive debugger
• disable the debugger by default
• ensure existing behavior remains unchanged unless the flag is passed
• update help/usage text if needed

I’ll start implementation shortly.

I actually didn't write the description properly. We want to change existing behavior so that the debugger is disabled by default, and only active via a cli flag.

The flag then should be added to the run target in the makefile to keep the existing behavior during development.

I’ll update the behavior so that the interactive debugger is disabled by default and only enabled when an explicit CLI flag is provided.

I’ll also:

• add the flag to the run target in the Makefile to preserve the current development workflow
• update any relevant help/usage text if needed

I’ll proceed with the implementation and follow up with a PR shortly.
