Collaboration with Neurodesk

Hi,

Thanks for chatting at OHBM. I'd love to integrate Niwrap into the base image for Neurodesktop. To make this really accessible for our users we would need a few features.

• Integration with module system to autoload required modules.
• Pipelines to add wrappers for other tools in Neurodesk.

We'd also like to start integrating your Boutiques descriptors into our recipes. I'd love to automate this to intergrate into your system.

Once your ready to start working on this we can make a meeting time.
