Summary
Experiment with MPC server which runs in or sends commands to docker container to collect app metadata
Description
- One-shot descriptor generation from help text previously helped "batch bootstrap" a lot of the AFNI+FSL descriptors
- Similarly running an agent which can furthermore
- actually execute the apps
- dig through app source code
- may improve descriptor accuracy (especially often not documented "output-files"-relationships)
- provide a path to semi-automatically detect changes in interfaces as publishers release new package versions
This is an open-ended issue and may be closed/replaced once we feel like we have experimented enough
