[Feedback]: Dynamic outputs

Feedback or Suggestion

There are a few tools that produce dynamic outputs (e.g. N number of output files that the tool appends some arbitrary index to). I don't think there is currently any way to support this in niwrap and should be grabbed via root.

This should be mentioned explicitly in the documentation / docstrings somewhere.
