Blood property on weapons #1

In older versions there was a blood property for weapons that dictated just how much red there was after you shot things. It usually just ended up being the same number as the weapon's power so it got axed as being redundant.

WolfRL however uses a few energy weapons that don't leave blood. So I plan to add that back in, only as an optional property that defaults to the damage--like it does now. That way nobody else need mess with it.
