Privileged Message Intents and Discord.py

With https://github.com/Rapptz/discord.py going unmaintained and news of message contents becoming privileged intents spreading, I'd like to clear up the misinformation.

In regards to discord.py being unmaintained:

• The library still exists and works — it just won't be updated.
• We plan on continuing to use discord.py for Sunset Bot unless there's a reason not to.

In regards to message contents becoming privileged intents:

• Sunset Bot is only in one server, which is far less than 100, so privileged intents aren't a problem for us.
• We can continue using message contents as we currently do since we won't need to apply for an intent to use them.
