Default Terminal Layout

Continuation of #204

Can we also configure a default terminal layout? It'd be awesome to have a new worktree always span a vertical split with coding agent on one side and lazygit on the other for instance.

this should probably be done in a more generic way with the support for custom scripts in supacode.json and some ghostty automations.

I think ghostty 1.3 added support for it which we can look into whether we can use.
