Keyboard shortcuts?

I looked at the website and readme but wasn't able to find anything on keyboard shortcuts. One of the old devs I worked with told me how to open multiple windows so I can have my frequently used scripts all open instead of being stuck to one window.
The menu shows shortcuts for switching through tabs, but none of them are for a new tab. Is there a list somewhere?

All the keyboard shortcuts are via the menus, so that serves as the "documentation".

There's no direct way to create a new tab, but if you have multiple windows open you can use the "Merge All Windows" option in the Window menu and that will collapse all the windows into one with tabs.
