completion popup block typing

Describe the bug
As soon as a completion popup appears further typing is not possible as long completion popup is open.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Enable Keyboard Navigation
3. Open SoqlX and start typing a query until completion popup appears
4. See error

Expected behavior
Typing is not blocked

That's weird given that tab's not involved. In testing on OSX 13, I see the same, but it only seems to happen once. If you hit esc to cancel the popup, then after that the popup behaves correctly. It seems like that first time around some other control got focus, but so far i can't tell which one.

Just checked but for me it happens every time the popup appears.
