Generic content pages #552
Description
As Wagtail becomes the go to place for content, we need to start supporting most usecases without custom template development.
Goals:
- Ensure generic navigation is visible and helpful
- Support page uses of: Landing page, infomation pages, and selection pages.

Landing section
This design is being used in a few places: https://www.sussexstudent.com/sport-societies-media/
We should take an improve on the purpose of this page design, templating it.
Business logic built in to templates
We need to start to use template metadata to help us with structure and navigation.
We need to build more around 'Sections'. Use the sectionbar for ancestors that are deemed a section root. For example, Socieites, Outlets, etc.
