Improve gists on smaller viewports #21

At the moment, I have made it so that the gists collapse and only display the meta row with the title and the source link. This technically works, but there must be a better way to do this where there is still some of the body displayed. The reason that this has not been done yet is that gists are based on tables and I have not found a good responsive solution to tables. I took the "no more tables" approach to the regular tables on the site, but this does not work for gists. The underlying issue here is that the horizontal scroll for tables is not actually responsive.
