Remove unused images as post-processing step after docker roles

Currently, the dangling containers, images and build cache objects are left on the server and we manually need to clean them up every once in a while. Maybe we can add a call to `docker system prune` after running a role that deploys docker containers to keep the images and containers cleaned up for the time being.
