Application Settings vs Workspace Settings #102
Description
Improve settings screen to indicate which settings are saved at an application level vs workspace level.
Add ability to create a "default" state for new workspaces, or new workspace from template.
Currently have to change all settings i.e. setup server, layout, rundown etc.
