Ability to control UI from OSC

OSC API can play or stop the selected item but doesn't have the ability to move the selection up and down.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add extra OSC controls to interface with the Rundown / Showflow UI, to enable advance uses via control surfaces like StreamDeck.
