[BugCrowd] Issue with anchor tag URL scope #61

Description
While using bbscope for bugcrowd, if a scope contains an anchor tag it takes the value of the hyperlink. The problem occurs when the anchor tag is a wild card scope and contains a hyperlink, it only grabs the hyperlink value ignoring the wild card scope.
As you can see in above image, The scope contains *.canva-apps.com which has hyper link to https://canva.com/developers . Only https://canva.com/developers is taken by bbscope instead of *.canva-apps.com
