Add a Flag to Exclude Paused Programs

Currently, the bbscope tool displays all bug bounty programs in its output, regardless of their activity status. To improve usability, I propose adding a flag to filter out paused programs from the displayed results.

Use case: Researchers searching for active programs to engage with must currently sift through paused programs, which can be time-consuming and detract from productivity. Implementing this flag would allow users to focus only on actionable opportunities.
