Breath marks should consider barlines extending from the staff above when calculating padding

Your idea

Since 32129, breath marks in front of hidden barlines will now have zero padding to non-hidden barlines extending from the staff above. While there are workarounds, ideally we would correctly apply appropriate padding in this situation which may occur with e.g. Mensurstrich notation.

@jennjwang Hello, I should note that this issue was introduced later upstream by the fix for #1 (Another issue in this repo !)

So it is not present in the current repository. I will work on the upstream git repository version instead in order to get the bug locally

Correction: the bug is still "fixable" with the current repo state, it's just that this issue and #1 refer to the same issue
