Windows 7 and 8 are no longer supported by dart and flutter (and this issue is because of this). I will take a look into whether it is possible to create a dedicated Windows 7 build, but it might not be possible.

I would really appreciate it.
Since devs cut off win7 for big eva, using emulator is only way to play game on old pc's
