Minimax.csv is sometimes split into two files

When specifying a path for output files using the -prove flag, sometimes the output file is split into two files, one of which has a corrupted file name and the output, and the other having a normal file name and the header (examples attached).

CellSpecificAML_muts_TYK2_is_on_PDGFRA_is_on_treats_mTORC2_h_5ÿÿMinimax.txt

Note that these files are CSV but were converted to TXT to allow upload to github issue.
