Add dircolors-solarized config for WSL installations #1
Description
The default ls colors on WSL installations leaves much to be desired. The repo seebi/dircolors-solarized fixes this, but currently my process for doing this is manual. Automate this by adding the repo as a submodule, as well as the appropriate Ansible tasks to set it up on a new installation.
