Normalize repository labels

At the given moment, the labels looks like this:

In order to correctly integrate the Symfony ecosystem & CarsonBot:

• labels reflecting to a Component like Store, Platform, Agent, ... must have a #dddddd background color
• labels Status: * must be added
• labels Bug and Feature must be added too

I think I got it covered, only skipped the Status: Works for me - even if a bit funny - no PR or issue is attached at all - so I guess it's not used.
