Ideas & Feature Suggestions for AICT

I’m building AICT (https://github.com/synseqack/aict) — Unix tools redesigned for AI agents with structured output.

I’d love ideas on where to take this next.

Current direction

• Read-only tools (safe for AI)
• XML/JSON structured output
• MCP server for function-style access

Looking for ideas on:

• New tools that would benefit AI workflows
• Better output schemas (fields, metadata, structure)
• Performance vs enrichment trade-offs
• Integration ideas (editors, agents, pipelines)

Some things I’m considering

• Smarter language detection
• File dependency graphs
• Code-aware search (beyond grep)
• Better diff semantics for AI
