test: make sure images with new binaries build

Travis CI only tests whether the builder Docker images can be built. We need to test whether these builder images actually produce "daemon" images.

• extend timeout on Travis script since we probably need to re-compile Ceph
• test new Docker daemon images but bringing up a single node Ceph instance
