about the difference between version 4 and version 5

I will summarize the differences in a table in the opening section of this repo's Quarto document.

I'm posting this message because I get various results between the v4.9 and the v5.2 while I'm using the same parameters.
For instance, for one the feature, I got 3 peaks for MS2 spectra while I only got 1 by using v5.2 (see the attached pictures)
Do you have an explanation?
