Lack of compatibility check for virtio-config.json

- **Issue**: Lack of validation for virtio configurations passed by `hvisor-tool` in hvisor  
  When virtio configurations (e.g., device parameters, resource mappings) passed from `hvisor-tool` to hvisor are mismatched, hvisor does not perform validation checks. This directly leads to runtime failures (e.g., device initialization errors, communication breakdowns between host and guest).
