the packet loss in virtio-net

When using virtio-net, the packet loss rate reaches up to 99% at its worst.

Test case：

hvisor->root with 8cores （4a55+4a76）

udp package lost is low.

For 1000Mb/s gmac, root zone can reach 914Mb/s (this value looks reasonable).

One importance reason is that root zone's 2*a55 are performance-limit for 1Gbs gmac.

Many received udp packages are thrown:

• Buffer size limit.
• CPU handles slowly (main reason).
