Upgrade dependencies

Noticed a few warnings from a couple dependencies during automated testing while working on issue #139, probably a good idea to upgrade the dependencies... it's been a while.

Ok, ran pipenv update --outdated and the list of outdated dependencies overflowed the screen!
Need to do something about that.

And here we go again, issues with automatic build of psycopg2... sigh

Ok, also fails on a new dependency in the lock file for regex... So specifying the version of psycopg2 is not sufficient to get over this hurdle.

Might be time to update package by package...

That doesn't work either, still fails trying to use psycopg2 2.8.5
