Clockbuilder script does not work with latest version of OpenSCAD

The clockwork library works ok in simple tests, but for some reason the clocks created with the clockbuilder script have no teeth on their gears.

Couldn't figure out the cause and reverted back to OpenSCAD 2010-05 for the moment.

MCAD developers reported that this is not the first report of this behavior.

OpenSCAD developers could not reproduce on a Mac, will try to reproduce on a Windows machine.

Found a workaround by tweaking the gear ratio, e.g. 3.19999 instead of 3.2

Bug in OpenSCAD/MCAD still not solved.

Workaround didn't work for all gears, went with a modification of the involute gear library itself... which does seem to fix the problem, but is dirty code and means the code base won't work with the default version of the library.
