AppKey

First of all thanks for the amazing Gaze-Tracker.
My issue is that the AppKey, which was send to me per e-mail after the registration, seems to not work anymore. I exchanged the keys in the program example but the connection response I get is the same as with the demo AppKey. It says that the AppKey is unauthorisized and limits the fps to 5 and run time to 10 minutes.
Previously when I used the trial AppKey everything worked fine (no fps limit and 1 hour time limit). Is it possible that the AppKey provided per e-mail expired?
