usage query and Appkey not received #3

Hi,
I've been working with some eye-tracking data from SMI hardware and I'm looking to move away from the hardware restrictions. it look like your API will be perfect but I have a couple of questions...
Our setup uses a single video made up of multiple sequential stimuli, Does (or can) GazeFlow/GazeRecorder work with stimuli like this?
The website seems vague on technical detail ... is it possible to return the data files, either AOI and Gaze/Fixation stats or basic X/Y coordinate data? what formats are available for downstream analysis?
I've downloaded Gazeflow and registered for an AppKey but I don't seem to have received anything
