Replace computation-simulator with recommender

At the moment the application includes a computation-simulator that can optionally simulate an artificial compute intensive scenario (PI gets calculated as part of an order process).
It would be better to have a compute intensive component that actually suits the tea store scenario, like the recommender from the original TeaStore.
