Should this module be responsible for getting user credentials?

Should the constructor always require the credentials in an object, or should it look in ~/.tempus/credentials.json or something equivalent?

The credentials can be set via setCredentials.

This was done as a convenience for testing, but I think it has value. Changing credentials during a reset or something.
