Replace custom workflows with native in-app features

The custom "steps from apps" for WFB is moving to a premium model with additional costs. In an effort to keep Emoji Manager accessible to teams that don't wish to pay for custom steps.

This reimplementation should:

• Provide a GUI Modal for proposing aliases
• Provide a GUI Modal for proposing removals
• Provide the user feedback on errors/mistakes

This is getting queued up. I'll be working on dependency updates first and then refactoring the codebase so users can perform these features without using steps from apps.
