Error message

Hello,

I have a question,

For some cool files it runs perfect. While for others, it gives me the error message like this for example:
IndexError: boolean index did not match indexed array along dimension 0; dimension is 43377 but corresponding boolean dimension is 43497

What can be the cause of this message?

The data for which I am trying to predict the loops is ChIA-PET data. It is originally bedpe file which I changed to bg2 and then to cool files.

Hi, I think in your case, the error could be due to the cool files not being generated properly.
