adding dependency to the statsd-php-client instead statsd-example

to add an external client that is developed with OOP and is tested instead the statsd-example?
About liuggio/statsd-php-client if you think that it could be improved,
all your tips/PR will be really appreciated.

I will happily accept a PR for this.

I would like to suggest you write a bit more documentation wrt how to use the library in the readme, but that is mostly to help people using it.

Also, we should keep the old interface as well as the new one.
