Use Playwright as a robust automation backend exposed directly in the app.

Proposed Scope

• Wrap Playwright actions in internal tools, add session/browser lifecycle management, and expose diagnostics.

Acceptance Criteria

• App can execute Playwright-backed interactions reliably as part of agent workflows.
