Add support for unnamed volumes

In some uses of vmfest, it would be necessary be able to grow the available disk space by creating and mounting volumes. Currently we support the creation and mounting of named volumes, but we'd need a way to define new mount volumes without having to specify a name for each volume (but we'd still specify the mount point)
