Scrolling stopping on Chrome

Hi,

I've found an issue but I'm not sure if it's related to HyperList or if it's Chrome, when you scroll to an end (top or bottom) and without stopping scrolling you changed scrolling direction the list get stuck.

I think this may have to do with some internal counter. When I blur browser focus and try scrolling again it works fine. Seems like a pretty edge case issue, but it's worth us fixing it.
