If you make it a mobile app, how about including GPS info,
This is also possible with some web frameworks I think.
Currently lots of people who are ill, but not severely ill, are not tested and out of the radar.
And some countries only test the worst conditioned patients.
This leads to skewed statistics and countries not knowing where to act.
I hope your project gets global media attention and all people will use it to log how they feel.
