Apply filter on Visualisation: Chart: Voter Turnout
Not getting chart: http://103.7.128.220:3001/data-vis?et=GE&st=Andhra_Pradesh&var=Turnout&viz=voterTurnoutChart&opt=male%2Cfemale%2Ctotal

There are no state-wise turnout figures available for GE - we should figure out a way to drop these options when filtering for state

The gender turnout data is not available at state level for GE, this should be resolved by displaying " no data found message on LD"
