On the retirement column: The reasons for retirement are listed for those who have retirement = FALSE (i.e not yet retired). It's possible that there has been a flip in T/F entries here, because the recent years have retirement = TRUE.

Issue Description: The issue was that the column Retired has False as the value where there was a Retirement_Reason available and Retired as True where Retirement_Reason was N.A. This looks like a case where the TRUE and FALSE have been flipped. As well as for many currently in service Retired has a value marked as TRUE, which should have been FALSE.
