feat: add tailspin for log highlighting

Add tailspin for zero-config log highlighting.

tailspin

• https://github.com/bensadeh/tailspin
• Zero-config log highlighting
• Automatically recognizes: dates, IPs, UUIDs, HTTP verbs, severity levels
• Pipe any output through tspin for instant colorization
• Example: kubectl logs pod | tspin

Use Cases

• Viewing application logs
• Debugging API responses
• Kubernetes/Docker log analysis
