Hero has no icons for skill menu after loading a game but still has learned abilities (maybe custom ability tooltips and icons are not stored in savegames)

After picking a new class the icons and tooltips change but I cannot click on any ability anymore.

Picking a new hero fixes it.

It was the multiplayer save game for Goblibs in 4.6.
