However Scale Assay 1 has only 96 Samples which fit on Plate01, thus I did not create a Plate02

Hi Albert,

there is no mistake. The idea was that solutions have some degrees of freedom how to distribute the samples to plates, the important thing is only that all samples are actually processed. In particular, I explicitly wanted to allow that solutions would start moving samples across plates and then the mapping gets more sophisticated. For that reason, the change description essentially indicate successes or failures always for the entire plate, even if not all wells are actually used.

That said, you can omit the efforts to read in the changes and see which of them are actually relevant to you from the time measurements for update, like this is done for the reference solution where the time measurement only starts when it is clear which jobs have new states.
